Learn how to enter Family and domestic violence leave (FDVL) using our simple guide below.
Step 1: From the โHomeโ screen, click onโPayroll & STPโ.
Step 2: Select โ+ New Pay Runโ.
Step 3: Customise the Pay Run Period, Pay Period Ending date, and Payment Date, then click โCreateโ.โ
Step 4: Click on โ+ Pay itemโ.
Step 5: Select โFamily and domestic violence leaveโ.
If Ordinary work hours is 0, add the number of hours for FDVL here, just like with annual and sick leave.
Step 6: Enter the number of hours without removing them from ordinary hours.
Step 7: Select โReviewโ.
Step 8: Save the pay run.
Step 9: Report the STP.
FDVL wonโt appear on the payslips but will show as Ordinary hours.
This payment however will show in the Activity summary report.
Currently, FDVL accrual is not tracked on Payroller. If youโd like to see this feature, please let us know on our feature request board.
