Step 2: Select โ€˜+ New Pay Runโ€™.

Step 3: Customise the Pay Run Period, Pay Period Ending date, and Payment Date, then click โ€˜Createโ€™.โ€™

Step 4: Click on โ€˜+ Pay itemโ€™.

Step 5: Select โ€˜Family and domestic violence leaveโ€™.

If Ordinary work hours is 0, add the number of hours for FDVL here, just like with annual and sick leave.

Step 6: Enter the number of hours without removing them from ordinary hours.

Step 7: Select โ€˜Reviewโ€™.

Step 8: Save the pay run.

Step 9: Report the STP.

FDVL wonโ€™t appear on the payslips but will show as Ordinary hours.

This payment however will show in the Activity summary report.
