Learn how to set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on a new phone in Payroller with our simple guide below.

If you have lost your phone or you are changing phones, you will need to set up a new QR code.

If you have access to both your new and old phone, you can simply transfer the codes from one phone to another.

Step 1: Log in to payroller.com.au.

Step 2: Select ‘Lost your authenticator?’

You should have received an email.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or security settings to make sure emails from payroller have not been blocked

Step 3: Select ‘Reset 2FA’.

This will take you to the login page.

Step 4: Log in to your account.

You should now see the new QR code for you to scan.
