When you attempt to create a roster or schedule leave on a time that already has a roster or leave this will cause a conflict error message.

You will not be able to ‘Publish’ the roster to your employees until conflicts have been resolved.

​Step 1: Select ‘Roster’.

​Step 2: Select ‘Conflict‘.

​Step 3: Select ‘Resolve’ on the shift that needs to be addressed.

Step 4: Click ‘Edit’ to make any necessary changes. If you need to remove the shift click ‘Delete’.

​Step 4: Remember to save your changes by clicking ‘Save’.

Please note that ‘Publish’ button will not appear until the conflicts have been resolved.
