How to download a report

Learn how to download Reports in Payroller.

On Payroller there are currently five different reports that you can download. These include;

1. Payroll Employee Summary Report: Offers an overview of employee earnings, deductions, tax, super, net pay, and amount paid in a given period excluding opening balances.

2. Payroll Activity Summary Report: Provides a detailed breakdown of all payroll transactions in a given period, including STP adjustments.

3. Superannuation Report: Summarizes employee superannuation contributions in a given period for easy tracking and compliance.

4. Leave Balance Summary Report: Shows leave balances based on the employee’s current hourly rate.

5. Employee Contacts Report: Lists employee contact information for easy access and communication.

Learn how to download reports in Payroller with our simple guide below.

Step 1: Select ‘Reports’.

Step 2: Select the Report Type you wish to generate.

Step 3: Choose whether you want to generate the report for all active employees or for a specific employee.

Step 4: Select the Period for which you wish to generate the report.

Step 5: Select ‘View Report’ to generate the report.

Step 6: Select the download icon to download the report, or select the print icon to print the report.
