How to reset your password in Payroller

Learn how to reset your password in Payroller with our simple guide below.

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for whatever reason, you can do this one of two ways.

• Resetting your password when you have forgotten the password

• Resetting your password while logged into the account

Resetting your password when you have forgotten the password

Step 1: Log in to Payroller

If you aren’t already logged into Payroller, you’ll need to go to our login page.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button.

Step 3: Enter your email and select ‘Request reset link’.

You’ll be emailed instructions about how to reset your password.

If you don’t receive the email, first check your junk or spam folder. If no email was received in either of these, contact our support team and they’ll help you out.

Step 4: Open the email and click ‘Change password’

Step 5: Set a strong password. 

Confirm your new password in the second box.

Step 6: Click “Submit” to proceed.

Your password has now been reset. Select ‘Go to login’ to access your account now.

Resetting your password while logged into the account

If you are already logged into Payroller, you will have the option to reset your password straight from the settings page

Step 1: Go to “Settings”.

The “Settings” section in the left-hand column.

Step 2: Click on Personal Settings.

Step 3: Choose Reset Password.

Step 4: Enter your new password. 

Confirm your new password in the corresponding boxes and select ‘Reset Password’.

Your password has now been reset
