Terms and conditions – Double Agent Referral Promo

Agents who complete a Successful Xero Client Referral to Payroller will receive a $100 Referral Payment. The program is under the Payroller Agent Referral Program and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

What is the Promotion?

• The Promotion entitles eligible Payroller Agents, who have registered for the Agent Referral Program, to receive a Referral Payment for each Successful Xero Client Referral.
• The Referral Payment is a single $100 payment for each Successful Xero Client Referral.
• Agents can refer multiple Clients and receive multiple payments.
• Only one payment will be made per Client.
• A Successful Xero Client Referral occurs when an Agent uses the Xero Import feature on the Payroller Agent Portal to migrate a Client from Xero to Payroller and a Yearly Payroller Web Subscription is purchased without chargeback, refunds, or similar payment cancellation.
• The promotional period starts on 10 September 2024 at 12:01 AM AEST and closes on 30 June 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST. All referred Clients must have commenced a subscription by 14 July 2025 at 12:01 AM AEST.

Who is eligible and how do I join the promotion?

• The Promotion is only available to Agents.
• As an Agent, you must have opted in by completing and submitting the Agent Referral Program signup form. Any Clients referred to Payroller where you are added as their Agent will be counted towards your monthly Referral Payment.
• Agents are only eligible for Referral Payments for Clients who successfully purchase a Yearly Payroller Web Subscription on payroller.com.au after the Agent has completed the signup form.

What exclusions apply?

• Clients must be new Subscribers to the Payroller platform.
• Clients must be added to the Payroller platform using the Xero Import feature on the Payroller Agent Portal.
• Referral Payments only apply to Clients who subscribe to a Yearly Web Subscription on payroller.com.au.
• Clients subscribing to Monthly plans are not eligible.
• Clients subscribing to App-based plans are not eligible.
• Central Agent Enterprise plans are not valid for this promotion.
• Clients receiving the introductory 3-month discount are eligible to be counted for this promotion.
• Clients receiving the NAB discount or any other discount are not eligible.
• Subscriptions that are canceled, fraudulent, refunded, subject to a chargeback, or similar payment cancellations are not eligible.
• Multiple Agents cannot refer the same Client.
• Payroller reserves the right to make any final decision regarding the eligibility of a Client or Agent within the Promotion.

Miscellaneous

• An Agent is a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similarly accredited financial professional external to a Client business.
• A Client is an external customer of the Agent.
• A Web Subscription is a subscription purchased on Payroller.com.au
• Payroller is a payroll platform that enables STP submission, superannuation contributions, timesheets, and rosters.
• Payroller reserves the right to verify the professional accreditation of an Agent. Agents must be properly accredited to be eligible for this promotion.
• No purchase is necessary by the Agent.
• The Referral Payment is GST-inclusive.
• By registering for Payroller, Agents and Clients accept the Payroller Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• By subscribing to Payroller, Agents and Clients accept the fees as outlined in the Terms of Service.
• To the extent permitted by law, Payroller is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking, using, or participating in this promotion.
• Participants are responsible for all refunds, chargebacks, or credit card fraud and associated fees and costs.
• Payroller reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on Payroller.com.au
• Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the Referral Payment is the responsibility of the participant receiving the payment.
• These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with, and governed exclusively by, the laws of the State of New South Wales.  Each party expressly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales.
