If you are an agent trying to unlink your client from your agent account please follow this guide.
Step 1: Select ‘Settings’
Step 2: Select ‘Organisation Settings’.
Step 3: Go to ‘Linked Agent’.
Step 4: Click on ‘Unlink’ or ‘Unlink current agent and link another’.
Step 5: Click ‘Yes!’ if you wish to continue.
Your agent has now been unlinked
