Please note that your Start Date can only be set if you donโ€™t have any existing pay runs. If youโ€™ve already created pay runs, changing the Start Date now wonโ€™t update your existing pay runs.

Step 1: Go to your account profile in the top left corner of the main screen.

Step 2: Click on โ€˜Settingsโ€™.

Step 3: Select โ€˜Payroll & STPโ€™.

Step 4: Choose โ€˜Payroll Start Dateโ€™.

Step 5: Pick the new start date.

Step 6: Click โ€˜Save changesโ€™ and then close.

Now when you run a new pay run, it will be set to start on the new start date.
