There are two versions of Payroller
Version 1: Old version
If you cannot see the โAgent accountโ you may have hidden your agent account.
To show a hidden agent account:
Step 1: You will need to go into โSettingsโ.
Step 2: Select โClient Pageโ.
Step 3: Press the drop-down button.
Step 4: Select โShowโ.
Step 5: Select โSaveโ.
Your agent account will now show on your agent portal.
Version 2: New Version
If you cannot see the โAgent accountโ you may have hidden your agent account.
To show a hidden agent account:
Step 1: Go to your Agentโs Profile located in the upper left corner of your agent portal.
Step 2: Select โSettingsโ.
Step 3: Select the โAgent homeโ tab.
Here you can select who should see your own business on Agent Home. As the main agent account holder, you also have the option to choose โEveryone in your teamโ so everybody in your team will be able to access your business under โClientsโ on Agent Home.
Step 4: Click the โSaveโ button once done selecting the option on who can view your agent account.
Your agent account will now show on your agent portal.
