There are two ways to invite your agent
Please note that you will only be able to connect your Payroller account with one accountant at a time. If you are changing accountants please make sure to unlink your agent and invite another.
Invite via the ‘Invite Accountant’ button
Step 1: Click on the button that says ‘Invite Accountant’.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Enter the email of your accountant/bookkeeper/tax agent and press ‘Send Invitation’.
Your accountant/bookkeeper/tax agent will be sent an email with a link for them to click on which will allow them to access your payroll data.
Your accountant/bookkeeper/tax agent will need to accept this invitation within a certain time frame. If the link has expired by the time they click on it, just follow the same steps as before to resend it.
If your accountant/bookkeeper/tax agent doesn’t receive this email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If it still can’t be found, reach out to us at hello@payroller.com.au or the support chat for assistance.
Invite via Organisation settings
Step 1: Go to ‘Settings’.
Step 2: Select ‘Organisation Settings’.
Step 3: Select ‘Linked agent’.
Step 4: Select ‘Link an agent’.
Step 5: Enter your agent’s email address and select ‘Send invitation’.
Your agent should have now received the invitation to connect. They will need to accept the invitation and login if they have an account or register if they do not have a Payroller account.
