Learn how to sign up a client for a subscription as an Agent on Payroller
Learn how to sign up a client for a subscription as an Agent on Payroller with our simple guide below.
Once you have added Employees for your client, you can start helping your client to create a pay run.
Each client account that you are managing payroll on behalf of, needs to have its own Payroller subscription.
You do not need to subscribe to Payroller for access to your agent account / Agent Portal when youโre managing your external clients.
As an agent, you have three ways of subscribing for your client. You can
-
Invite your client to pay for their Payroller subscription via email, or
-
Enter the clientโs credit card details on behalf of the client, or
-
Enter your own credit card details
Please note that if you invite your clients to pay for their Payroller subscription, your clients must have access to their Payroller account to log in, enter their credit card details, and subscribe. If you have set up your clientโs account and they do not have access, you can either enter the clientโs credit card details on their behalf from the agent portal or edit the clientโs email address through the agent portal.
Invite your client(s) to pay for their Payroller subscription via email
Please note that if your client has subscribed to their employer account, you will not be able to update the subscription unless you, as the agent, are in charge of the subscription, or if your client has given you access to update the subscription.
