Introduction to the free Payroller Agent portal
Learn how to manage your clients’ payroll easily as an accountant, bookkeeper and/or BAS agent with our simple guide to the Payroller Agent Portal below.
Once you’ve set up your agent account, you will have access to the agent portal.
In the agent portal, you can access individual client payroll accounts, invite clients to set up an account, bulk import clients and employees, and run bulk pay run and STP. You can also create your own white-label software and add team members.
Please note that in order to run client payroll, submit STP and pay super for your clients, each client will need a paid subscription.
After you have invited or imported your clients you can access your client files on the agent dashboard.
Click on ‘Clients’ in the left-hand column.
To access your client’s payroll, simply click on the client you require.
If you have clicked into your client’s account and need to return to the agent portal, just click the ‘Agent Portal’ button on the top of the screen.
To access your client’s billings page you will need to select the ellipses on the right side of the client’s tab and select “Billings”
Here you can view your client’s subscription page.
