How to access your clients’ payroll in the Payroller Agent Portal
Learn how to access your clients’ payroll in the Payroller Agent Portal with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Click on the “Clients” section in your Payroller Agent portal.
The clients section is in the left-hand column.
You should see the above screen.
Step 2: Click on a client to access their payroll.
If you want to return to the agent portal, just click on the Agent Portal button at the top of the screen.
Step 3 (Optional): Select the ellipses to access your clients’ billings
Select the ellipses on the right side of the client’s tab and select “Billings”
Here you can view your client’s subscription page.
