Select ‘Payroll Settings’

Select the pay run period

Select your pay run period from the drop down provided

Select the tick on the top right hand corner

Now when any pay run is generated it will be automatically set to the new pay run period.


Even though the pay run period has been automatically set, you can still change this by selecting the pay run period.

If you have changed the pay run period and your employees are not automatically popping up you may have set your employee’s pay run period incorrectly on the web. To customise your employee’s pay period on the web go to people, select edit on the employee, select employment, change pay period to all and select save.
