Payroller pricing & subscription FAQs

How much does Payroller cost?

The fees depend on whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription and your number of employees. Both plans are eligible for an initial 3-month discount of $0.99 per employee for new subscriptions. The standard monthly fee for an annual subscription is $2.99 per employee and $4.00 per employee.

What is the minimum spend for Payroller subscriptions?

The minimum spend varies depending on the pricing plan you are on:

  • For monthly subscriptions: $16.00/month

  • For annual subscriptions: $11.99/month

The minimum spend is the minimum charge for your subscription based on your selected Billing Schedule. It does not apply during discount periods.

How much is an annual subscription and a monthly subscription if I have 1-4 employees?

If the cost of the total number of employees is less than the minimum spend, you will need to pay the minimum spend amount. If the cost is higher than the minimum spend, then the per-employee-per-month cost will apply. Please refer to your billing page on Payroller to get the exact cost.
