How to cancel your client’s Payroller subscription as an Agent
Learn how to cancel your client’s Payroller subscription as an accountant or tax agent with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Select the three dots on the right of the client you wish to cancel.
Step 2: Select ‘Billing’.
Step 3: From the Subscription screen, select the three dots.
Please note that if your client has not provided you with access to their subscription, then you will not be able to see this screen to cancel their subscription. You will need to request your client provide you access or update the card details to the agent paying for the subscription to edit the client’s details.
If you update the card details to the agent you will not be charged if the subscription has already been paid for.
Step 4: Then select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
Step 5: Let us know the reason you would like to cancel and select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
Please note that canceling your subscription will give you access to your subscription till the end of the current billing cycle.
Your client’s subscription has now been canceled and will show the subscription end date.
