How to fill out your employment details as an Employee in the Payroller Employee mobile app
Learn how to fill out your employment details as an Employee in the Payroller Employee mobile app with our simple guide below.
When an employer adds you as an employee on Payroller they will have the option to invite you as the employee to fill out your details.
To get started click on ‘Fill out your details’ in the email provided.
If you experience any difficulties filling out your details please reach out to your employer as they will be able to manually fill out your details from the employer portal.
Next, you will be taken to this screen to fill out your personal details.
Once you have filled everything in click next.
You will then need to fill out your Tax details.
Please make sure that these details are correct as they will determine how the system calculates tax.
Next, you will be taken into the payment details section where you can indicate your preferred payment method.
You can choose between cash or bank.
If you choose bank, you will need to make sure to enter your Account name, bsb, and account number.
Click ‘Next’ once you are done.
Finally, you will be asked to select your superannuation.
If you are not signed up with a super fund you can create a super account by joining Spaceship today.
Payroller gives you the option to sign up for Spaceship straight from this page.
If you already have a super fund please feel free to select from the options provided.
Once you have selected your superfund and/or entered your details select ‘Confirm’ to finish your sign-up.
Once you have finished you will be prompted to set up your password for your employee app login.
In your employee app you can accept or decline shifts, view rosters, lodge leave requests, and check your payslips.
Select ‘Complete’ to finish.
You can now download the employee app through the buttons provided or take a photo of the qr code to download the employee app.
