Learn how to delete your agent account on Payroller.
There are two versions of Payroller
Version 1: Old version
​Step 1: From the Agent Portal, select the card labeled as ‘Agent account’.
Please note if you don’t have a card with ‘Agent account’ written on it you may have hidden your agent account.

Step 2: Go to your Agent’s Profile located in the upper left corner of your agent portal.
Step 3: Select ‘Settings‘.

Step 4: Select ‘Personal’ from Settings.
​
Step 5: Select the three dots next to ‘Delete account’.
​Step 6: Confirm by clicking on the ‘Delete account’ option.
You should have received an email in your inbox.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or security settings to make sure emails from Payroller have not been blocked. If you are experiencing any issues, please reach out to our support team via chat or via email at hello@payroller.com.au.

Step 7: On the email you have received select ‘Terminate account’.
Your account has now been erased.

​Step 2: Go to your Agent’s Profile located in the upper left corner of your agent portal.
​Step 3: Select ‘Settings‘.
​Step 4: Select ‘Personal’ from Settings.
​Step 5: Select the three dots next to ‘Delete account’.
​Step 6: Confirm by clicking on the ‘Delete account’ option.
